Cities and Categories

Hello everyone!

I am starting a new job portal and I would like to create categories like City names: A-Z and when someone click on a letter, let's say B, will see a subcategory with city names starting with B like: Bruxelles, Bruge, etc.

I will also like after a visitor goes to (example): B -> Bruxelles to have some other subcategories like: Management, Marketing, Restaurant, Navy, etc... if it is not very hard to code...

B -> Bruxelles -> Management and here to have jobs posted in this category...

Anyone can help with this?
