Which folders I have to extract on server? Mac_OSX or Jobberbase_0... ?
when I open that jobberbase folder in browser it displays the Index of files.
How Can I install Jobberbase?

There's no install-next-next-finish procedure for jobberBase.
You unzip the files in the desired location, create a database and import the .sql file, update config.php with your own email address and database credentials and... it should work.
