i think could be nice a plugin doing translations automatically of the web  site, cloning it also for search engine as are doing for joomla and wordprss these plugins for example:

Wow, wordpress plugin caches translated pages and makes them a part of your website indexable by search engines!
I would imagine that because of a dynamic nature of a job posting website this would require daily new job posts translation cache updating.

Quick fix:
Google translation gadget can be put into header.tpl
Does not cache pages but it works

For best results you should enclose text sections you do not wish to be translated with
code:<span class="notranslate">Text</span>
