Interesting Software-as-a-Service site...niche job sites.
From a rough run through of their software I like the following:
- job location map (google, or other)
- photo layout section
- news or 'recent events' links section
- rich media widget

What doesn't appeal to me very much is
- the 'Vote' function

it looks good. the feature of having users search for a job and location is ideal

even a drop down list of the locations beside where they type the keyword on the jobberbase site would be a great addition.
