Topic: JobberBase algorithm for employers needed!

Hello, mates!

Could anyone describe me the way jobberbase works? Several questions:

What a company is from the point of jobberbase? Say, one adds an ad for the first time giving her company name and email. Admins accept that ad. Since that all new ads coming from the email are trusted automatically and binded to just a company. So, the company is tied to the very first email address. What if there are more than one HR in the company?

Correct me if I'm wrong Filip.

This is the same challenge I'm faced with my site. There are times when organization have multiple email addresses, this applies most to employment agencies where different people posts jobs. As far as I know, regardless whether you're in the same organization (domain), but if you have more than one email and only one have been approved prior, only that email will be approved automatically. Other emails, from that same organization (domain) that have not been approved previous, will need to be approved uniquely and vice versa.

Perhaps, we could ask Filip, whether there is a way to, instead of email level approval, we could do a domain level approval, so anyone who've submitted from that has been approved prior from (for example *@domain.com) will automatically be approved/listed.

Any thoughts?

I mean i wouldn't like to face a situation when several HR's of one employer post ads using their emails and create several instances of that same employer.  They may use different register or add an extra space when filling the form.

Could you give us some details on a "better admin + employer control panel"? Say, your todo list whould be appreciated to get a view about features :-) Will it also be easy to upgrade? Do you have control system repository available?

Likewise, really interested to know the status of the employer control panel.... if its not far off i'm preferable to postpone the launch of my site.

@mployr that domain-thing sounds good, but some domains needs to be excluded like @gmail, @hotmail etc.
