Topic: posts for people searching for work
I see many work agencies publish also the CVs of people searching for work, not only Posts of companies, I think this could be useful, someone else think the same? what we could do for this in detail?

on my web site http://www.lavorohotel.net half of people posting in job board are not cmpanies offering work, but people seaching for work and this easily do bad mix of data ;(
but also I don't want to avoid them from offering to be ready for work..
how i could do to solve easily this problem?
It doesn't sound like a technical issue.
It sounds like the question is 'why are people posting their availability?' There are 2 answers:
1) Users don't understand the purpose of the site and
2) They 'can' post their availability.
Try saying very clearly on the site that the site is to 'Post Jobs'....not availabilities...Then maybe launch a sister site for people to post their background. If you have found a new nichE USE IT....don't crush it.
In general it sounds like the site doesn't communicate its purpose...that's a branding or marketing problem.
yes, and branding and marketing sometimes are supported from tecnical issues, if I do a sister web site, anyway I'll have a place with cv and another place with CV
I changed code of jobberbase storing cv into upload folder, data are important..
