Topic: upload - storing of CVs in _upload folder

I think is super important to store into website the CVs sent to companies, to create sinergy in future to companies to search CVs and to permit to each company to administer and work on them CVs online searching them by keyword.
Now instead it look that CVs are only sent byemail to company but not stored to web server, i see it as a priority task
I was thinking that _upload folder as to store CVs, for what is borned?

I tryed by myself t oadd a Cv of 900K and also "uploads" folder is 777 permisions

I founded an useful detail and in installation instructions is written that CVs are temporary stored, I imagine this is done only to send emails, without think to store CVs, for future managing of them into web site..

Anyway we'll loose useful info as:
for which company CVs was uploaded, for which post, email, name and descriotion, i hope it il be with members admin page ..

I wrote more of 10.000 posts in english languae in my life, you are the second telling me of this problem (do you understand this sentence?) maybe all others are too gently, but till now I got answers to more of 90% of posts, sorry these last sentences was more complex and maybe my grammar errors was making it to be not so easy to read. IF YOU GIVE ME THE LIST OF SENTENCES YOU EXACTLY DON'T UNDERSTAND, I CAN TRY TO REWRITE THEM BETTER, I'M SORRY FOR LAST MISTAKES..

Anyway today I'm surprised how is possible that one person have insert a job ask into a job offer and first that I give permission to publish this, the same person have uploaded 4 times him CV, how it is possible?

Today I found a person who has published a request of work (into job offers) and then before the ad was activated he has uploaded 4 times him CV
