Topic: Ability to create more users with roles: admin, candidate, recruiter

1. More admin users. unable to locate place from where to add additional users/admins.
2. Also can you please let me know if this platform has ability for applicants to maintain their resumes too, I could not locate this anywhere. My intention is to give logins to recruiters/companies HR to browse profiles, post jobs etc.
