I am unable to find in which file I can locate the header buttons (at the top right of the site template) as well as the other top page buttons. After looking in the header and index files and not seeing the coding which identifies each button, I just started looking in random files and still have not found how to change the buttons. Where can I locate that? I want to move and delete many of the buttons in the header and  on the homepage.

2) I also want to know how to modify the site so that employers will be required to pay a listing fee, before actually posting a job. Creating an account will be free, but not posting jobs. Where can I download a program to do that process or what coding would properly execute that process? Also, where would I apply that?

What I want is for an employer to be able to click the "List a Job" button, pay, then gain access to the same 'post a job' link that is already there.
