I think it would be good idea to have web based(may be Skype or any other mode) conference for all Jobber base moderators and administrator.

The Agenda will be:
Discuss on Jobber base road map.
Decide the guide lines to improve the forum.
How to attract the more users into the forum.
Motivate the people to use our jobber base.
