I wanted to change the method to activate the oferts.

The actual method is, after getting the first one acepted, you can send all of them and be autoacepted. I want all to be as the first one. Is it any way to make it, maybe with exchanges on the code?

pd: Actually working on a translation to Spanish for 1.9, i will post it as soon i place all the &xacute on it .

pd2: Due its not a actually feature, because i dont want it to be like the second way you can choose on the admin options, i place in feature request forum. Maybe its wrong.
