Topic: Looking for someone to Develop User Registration & Paypal payment

Hi I'm looking for someone to to develop:

1. User Registration System (Must integrate with DB and integrate with full site usability at a user level)

2. Paypal payment checkout to Paypal subscriptions & Offline Payment Method option.

3. Employer Registration System (Must integrate with DB and integrate with full site usability at a Employer level)

Payment will be made via Paypal.. As this is a small project with limited fundings, our budget is not big however we will pay as what we find worth it.
