I need some extra features for my job board, quite simple I think:

1) Ability to moderate all job postings (Not just the first one)

2) Posibility for users to add an Expiration Date. This should not deactivate the post. Just show a message (like the XX days old one) and disable the online application.

3) Add an URL field to the "Apply" form. For people to show their personal websites.

4) Autopost to twitter & facebook page. I'm using twitterfeed right now but I'd like to do it more instantaneous. Also in the facebook jobs should appear as normal links that people can understand (Like when you post a link manually in the wall).

My current installation is slightly modified with some hacks here & there...
