(If you have moderate every post set-up) Be great if on HOME page the jobs to be moderated could include the descriptions so it makes it easier to scan them and approve or deny rather than having to click through to every ad and read it.

Also to show the email address of those posting listings.
Also a ban list of email addresses or IP's.
