Topic: Upgrading 1.8 (all jobs)

I have 1.8 and not planning to just install 1.91 and use same db, I made many modifications to it already.
I'll be thankful if you show me how to add the "all jobs" feature to 1.8, and any other feature that you suggest important in the 1.91 front office (No need for the admin panel changes).
