Topic: user post his CV or post profile

hello all
I want user  to login and post his  cv  or general information about his/ her   
like  every user have profile and  the profile match with other job
I hope to find help here

I am looking for it, but you know we have 2 choices:
1 is to use a bcc mail when applicants apply to recruiters( pls searching if you like it)
2 is to build a new post button.

I hope somebody can give us advise to the second.
