I need help to make a script for importing jobs to the database to our new site www.neonatalstaff.com/jobs

I guess the recruiter would send me data in xls/xml/csv-formats.

What I need is an Excel template for the variables a recruiter would need to add, and a script to import these data in the jobberbase database.

First question - how much would such a script cost?
Second q - would like to know if persons who offer help have done this before (references)
