I'm building Arabic jobberbase and I'm searching for RTL templates, can anyone help?

yes hitham its for direction (RTL = right to left) and because arabic from right it won't appear in a proper format in the regular themes.

if you have design skill lets cooperate together to design an arabic theme, what do you think.

I`am so sorry i don't have good design skills but i find there is many Arabic site use it  and the direction is okay  like this site

i don't find any theme for Arabic website  i think fora9 was made his theme u need some one to design it for u
