they've been using jobberbase since Dec09 but we just recently completed some feature customizations (together with the 4 major add-ons)

site's plus factors:
- admin can download all applications sent and all applicants registered, in csv format
- employers can download all the applications sent to them in csv format
- you can create multiple site administrators (only 'admin' though can create/delete other admin accounts)
- when applicants register, they get an email with a link that will log them in directly to the site without a username and password

overall it was a challenging but a really cool project for me!
