I have two totally seperate new Jobberbase sites that will need to be done asap. These have already been designed, outside of the normal Jobberbase template. Both will need to be installed onto Fasthosts servers (if Fasthosts is doable).

First site: Urgent, and quite simple - 3 column layout with jobs in biggest middle column, static welcome text in left column, and categories in right column.

2nd site: 3 column layout with no jobs showing on homepage, just categories in middle column, adverts either side. Job search results to replace categories. Also importantly need to add cost and Google checkout to job posting.

What these mean is I need someone who can develop in PHP, and re-configure everything, to custom layouts.

We are unfortunately in quite a rush with these. Main thing we need from you is insurance you can do this quickly, and costs per hour / day. Rough timescales if possible (although appreciate you may need more info).
