u need replase screen.css
and also files bg-body.png, fon.png, bg-box.png, gray.png, row.png, footer-bg.png,
bg-search.png

You might want to replace fon.png to one without your url on it. If you want credits for the template you can add a link in the footer or add your copyrights into the css files.
