I am setting up my job board to organize and drill down by country, state and then city.  So you will drill down to wherever you want to go. It's too disorganized and difficult to find things if you have 300 cities to look through.  Has anyone done this.  Also creating a mod to post and store resumes and then be able to search through resumes by keyword just like you search for jobs by keyword.  Also creating a login for resume posters and employers.  I assume someone has done that.  If you have already done these things please let me know I am even willing to PAY for the help since if I don't have your help it will take me some time and money to recreate these things!
