I am working to develop a free to post, free to apply job site using the Jobberbase system as a framework to build from.

Customizations:
1) Both applicants and job posters will need to become members of the site before posting.
2) Both memberships will need to be approved manually by the admin.
3) Would like to have two-tiers of membership for the applicants. Featured & general. Featured will be for exceptionally skilled freelancers.
4) Featured jobs (spotlighted) will require a payment.

What I will be providing: site design & front end coding.
