I got to see the template a few days ago, but today when I downloaded and installed it well, nothing changed 
and the demo isn't displaying the jobberbased theme either.
nevermind... it was the smarty cache that needed to be deleted 
the theme is not being displayed at http://evertsemeijn.nl/demo/ though
Thanks for mentioning it. I'm working on it, but I'm quite busy these weeks. Will fix it a.s.a.p. In the meantime you can find screenshots in my website.

Hi! I just create sql database and upload the jobberbase-1_8 to server at http://efreelancerportal.com/freelancejobs. When I browse the url above, nothing display.

I've visited the link and indeed, I see a blank page with Firefox. But I've also tried it with Internet Explorer and I saw that you have an Internal Server error (code 500).
I'd recommend that you check you error logs (if you have access to them) as this is probably caused by a server configuration error and not by jobberbase.

can anyone plz help me install jobberbased i have jobberbase 1.7 installed and working fine but I don't know how to install this one it's slittly different from others templates
I am going to design new templates for Jobberbase which you can aquire at my personal website @ evertsemeijn.nl I'll also update the Jobberbased template to version 1.8+ and release it for free again.

Anyone manage or know how to spit drop down menu when the categories are many? When there are many categories, the drop down are too long and look not good. Please kindly help to solve this problem.

@try you can do this via the css. Doubling the width of the <ul> makes two <li> go next to each other. <ul> width *3 gives 3 <li>'s etc etc
