Topic: Would you rate an employer?
A friend and I were talking about job sites the other day and he and disagreed on 1 point.
I think it wouldn't necessarily be a negative for a site to allow registered job seekers to 'rate a job posting company'..for example...use radio buttons (no text input, forum, or exchanges) for options...

Good: 3 O
Bad: 2 O
Terrible: 1 O

my 2 satang? i think that even though it adds value, you might lose out on potential employers as they don't want to get rated/reviewed... i had exactly the same thought and then decided not to allow employer rating.

I think that would work only if your site had a large base of users and a lot of web authority. Unless job seekers are able to register all the votes would be anonymous and that's something job posters wouldn't like.
