Because my site is receiving visitors I exchanged the recaptcha files. So people can post their jobs but I think the Anti spam is key for my visitors. Maybe It's my skills.

Can you be more specific? When you say it does not "pass" the recaptcha, does that mean the code locks up, or it says it is invalid? To get help we need more details.

The problem with the recapchta is that it says the code typed in is invalid. That's the only error I've got.
