Is there any new template? i install the hireme template but i have problems with the categories as you can see on http://jobs.mytolo.com beacose i have lots of categories tonguetongue and i erase most of them tonguetongue is there any way to use a sub menu on categories? or any other solutions

Anything is possible. It's just a matter of customizing your layout.
Now there are no set templates for Jobberbase for users to choose their own theme from a list. Also there are no guides to creating themes.

It's template based so any designer will have no problem doing what you want. I suggest posting your ideas/request in the 'Looking for a Developer' section.
