Topic: Disable activation of first time poster...by admin

Can someone help me in disabling activation required from admin....Instead an activation link is sent to poster after which the initial post gets activated....
Can this be implemented by changing the email sent string of the initial activation post.....from admin to poster email

That would be great. I need that as well.

I think its a big barrier for Employers. reCAPTCHA should do the work.

I realized that the main advantage of jobberbase is that its so FAST and SIMPLE, ... compared to the major BIG job sites out there.
