Can some one help me to setup a registration system for users and companies?

i.e any one can view the jobs on jobberbase..but if they want to apply for jobs,they must login...

similiarly for companies,they must register to post the jobs..

some thing like
http://www.elance.com/ website...if you click post jobs,it'll take u to a login page...
