Also Google has good step-by-step instructions on their site...there are different types of maps to add.
do you want to add a static or interactive map for only that job (on the employer's page) or a aggregate map with all the jobs within a defined geographic area (e.g. England, etc..)?

For me, it wasn't so much a 'blog' but rather I wasn't sure where the uniqueness was.
Personally, its a bit too much of the 'standard' side of life.
The holes / torn spiral notebook page is dated...and alot of space is 'unused' meaning just color...like the footer menu...why have such big pieces of paper when only 3~4 links are give.
Anyway...I'm a 'maximize space' type design guy...just 6/3 bits of input.
btw...don't forget to change the favicon...

I can't read Hebrew but the Roman letters seem to show different positions on different pages.

But did find this for adding 'Total Jobs in Categories' for the Sidebar.

First of all what 'background' are your referring to? Did you look through the folder/files?
That is either image top-box.png or bg-box.png (as chronos notes above)
To save asking each time, a faster way is to use a code editor (Dreamweaver or whatever) and image viewer to see what folders/files contain what details and what images look like.
Jobberbase is opensource. Nothing is hidden and the forum is here to help.
Answers to most questions have either been answered already or answers can be found with a bit of Sherlock Holmes activity through the folders/files.
Trust me...once you get a feel for what folder/files have what what details, editing become more 'fun'.

Good to see another site up and running.
I noticed something that you may want to fix. In the job details page, when the Apply Now and Recommend to a Friend sections open they cut the 'Your Ad here' section link.
It's just an width issue...nothing serious.

I think scubasteve just wants to edit the text "IT jobs" which as evertsemeijn says is the 'title' of the logo in header.tpl.
Here is a bit more detail just in case...
In header.tpl there is the line
h1 id="logo"><a href="{$BASE_URL}" title="{$translations.header.title}">{$translations.header.name}</a></h1>
This is where the text is being inserted. You don't need to change this.
The text "IT Jobs" is being inserted with the string {$translations.header.title}
from the /_includes/translations.ini file. It's just calling whatever text is quoted as the title in the [header] section of the translations file.
Open translations.ini and under the [header] section you'll see
title = "IT Jobs". Edit, save then upload it. No changes to header.tpl are needed.
Note in case you didn't know...nearly all text is handled in the /_includes/translation.ini file.

(moved from 'Show Off' which is for finished sites, to 'Templates')
I prefer non-cluttered, "If it's not needed, get rid of it" style. This is smooth, crisp and easy to see what's where....
A few suggestions (imho) to improve it a bit....
- use different but subtle colors for full time | part time | free lance icons or text, or at least have colored borders. Another option is use more 3D style icons similar to the ones in the main menu
- the header uses alot of real estate, especially on a laptop. Possibly reduce the photo to 1/4th or move the 'Search for a job' input box up next to 'Site Map' (and shift links the left to fit of course) in the main menu and remove the photo and the blank space.
- the top most menu (the ideal job| Site widget| About Us| Contact ) is already in the footer so no real need to display it again.
- I'm a fan of link hover changes so maybe a color change on link hover.

A friend and I were talking about job sites the other day and he and disagreed on 1 point.
I think it wouldn't necessarily be a negative for a site to allow registered job seekers to 'rate a job posting company'..for example...use radio buttons (no text input, forum, or exchanges) for options...
Excellent: 5 O
Very good: 4 O
Good: 3 O
Bad: 2 O
Terrible: 1 O
What do other Jobbers think?

Did you check config.php Line 40?
SITE_NAME is defined there.
seo_title is defined in translations.inc Line 142
One 'trick' to finding it all is open all the files in your editor (I use Dreamweaver) then search for seo_title or other strings in all 'Open Documents'. It also helps understand where things are in the code.

btw...when your site is ready post a link in the Show Off section of the forum.

Regarding the 403 error, check two things:
1. Have you checked the permissions of the folders?
403 errors are servers errors and normally show up when access is denied. In other words the server shows the directory is not available (turned off).
2. Make sure the URL is correct and also points to a file not a folder.
