Now can you clarify how to send HTML e-mail to job posters and seekers....although I already use mailing list...I am just looking for a way to insert a link without images....into e-mails.There must be some way.

BASE_URL . 'job/' this url needs to be changed and it really works.. to make things simple download notepad++ and search using ctrl+f and it would find that url in all files ....

Are you sure they are good cos I haven't heard a single positive review for them....
what I meant was no. of mysql connections that simply means if no. of users try to do database task at same time.....so beyond 25 users not possible on hostgator....it do not simply means surfing users but demanding data...for IXWEB its 60-70 users......
BTW as you from India may I know If you run any jobberbase installation we might work together...

chronos could you have a relook at your code because after implementing this my job edit feature wont'work meaning it only shows the title on job data ....theproblem seems to be the tpl codes...whenever sidebar is included in header the post edit feature problem occurs

when I try to implement this the image do not show even after uploading fonts file....the image .php file shows this error (though it worked fine before uploading fonts)...

I make seperate header files in that way the other header file is a clone of original header+ images code so there is no need of two include tags......
btw this sample code I downloaded for your problem works for me

just replace {include file="header.tpl"} in job.tpl to {include file="headerjob.tpl"}
and replace other tpl files as your need it won't affect anything....this way you can even manage other functions like js,css(diff.files for diff. pages)
....if you still don't understand what I meant do let me know...

yea that's the limitation to stop spamming .....but you can alter that so applying person could apply for as many job as he want in short span of time.....
