Topic: Installing Woopra Analytics instead of Google

I am interested in installing Woopra Analytics, a similar software to Google with the exception that it has a Chat function. I have tried installing the JS code in the footer.tpl using literal tags as I was told but had no success. Has anybody successfully installed Woopra?
