Figured it out: reading the phpmyadmin manual helps hehe  you can export a spreadsheet and just add names to it and re import it via excel in pma.

For my Jobs site I currently have a list in excel that I would like to import into PHPmyadmin so I do not have to manually add the jobs that are on the excel spreadsheet.

My question is:  what template should I have my excel spread sheet in so I would be able to import about 100 jobs via CSV format into phpmy admin. Also would this even work for Jobberbase?
