I posted back in September looking for developers, and we now have a better sense of our requirements for those interested in quoting. To include your quotes in an upcoming proposal, I need them by the 13th at the latest.

I have developed a commercially successful site based on jobberBase 1.4. I have made many changes to certain files (ex: page_write, class.Job), have left many files alone (ex: all admin), have added features (ex: poster accounts, search filters, mapping), and do not presently use a number of features (text searches, feeds, traditional categories).

I am looking for a professional developer with jobberBase experience and the ability to sign an NDA and maintain absolute confidentiality to do the following:

* Cleanup my code for efficiency, best-practices, and ease of upgrading
* Upgrade to the latest version and enable some currently unused features
* Upgrade to the next major release when available
* Ensure high SEO and security
* Make some graphic design enhancements

I would like the following new features:

* Job seeker accounts with e-mail notifications and ability to post credentials and availability (mostly just reusing existing code)
* Search for job seekers (mostly just reusing existing code)
* Ability to support both English and French (I did not add new text to the translation file, so text will have to be relocated there)
* A variety of minor features such as job poster account password resetting on demand, checkboxes for multiple deactivation of posts in existing poster account module, etc.
