Would it be easy to some how only charge for spotlight listings? leave the rest free?
you are free to customize the code to suit your needs. if you have php programming experience you should be able to customize the code to do whatever you want
i can be contacted for extra work as well if anyone needs help with extending this code. it will have to be slotted though as my calendar is booked til June. but will be able to accommodate quick work of 5hrs or less in between, if you just need tweaks and stuff.

Any workaround for 1.9?
might take a while before the hacks get converted to 1.9. maybe someone has already tried this for 1.9 and wants to share how they did theirs?
What kind of time frame are you looking at? And what would you charge for a hack when it's complete?
