    getting Fatal error: Smarty error: the $compile_dir '/home/.guy/mywebsite/jobs/admin/_templates/_cache/' does not exist, or is not a directory. in /home/.guy/mywebsite/jobs/_includes/smarty/libs/Smarty.class.php on line 1088

    Create this folder "_cache" there and make it writable :)

    I have thesame problem and I don't understand where exactly I need to put "_cache" folder.
    Do I need to put it in the root?

    You need to put “_cache” folder under “_templates”
