General: How to add to the Contact Us page...?

    Jobberbase has a decent 'Contact Us' page now but I'm wondering if there's a way to make it a little sexier and useful while maintaining Jobberbase's silky smooth and easy-to-use interface...I looked at the Edit-->Contact Us page but adding a drop-down menu to the page from Admin isn't possible.

    A drop-down menu so depending on the purpose of the contact (Webmasters, Billing, General, etc...) the contact goes to a different email. A widget like one of these would be cool but I'm not sure if these are compatible or adaptable to SMARTY. (noobie here)

    Thanks. Easy to use form. One thing I'm looking for is the menu options so the user can use Contact Us to contact a specific area (Admin, Billing, Webmaster, Sales, etc...)...
