I created a detailed Installation Guide with screenshots but I'm not 100% confident in it. Would anyone like to read through it and add/edit/delete content to make it technically more accurate? I thought it might help. Plus my MySQL skills are about as effective as drug counseling at a Grateful Dead concert.

Just send it back with whatever comments in whatever style you want. Later I will aggregate everyone's contribution and test it on a clean install. This weekend I've got some free time so thought it would be a fun little project.
