    Hi there! I need a custom, new design for jobberBase site www.darbadiena.lv (but better as it is now, cuz now, i think, it is wery good), including new logo (just made bymyself now). Info about the site:
    a) this is not for IT specs, but for all other companies too
    b) darba-diena means working-day, or work-day, or day of work

    Budget could be 50-100 USD maximum.

    You may want to reconsider the budget.
    US$100 would be maybe 3~5 hrs of work depending on the hrly rate of the designer.
    Nothing of any quality can be created in that little of time. Then there is the implemenation time/costs.
    The quotes I've gotten from designers are closer to US$600~$800.
